This review ended up taking me a lot longer to write than I anticipated – mainly because I was trying to space out my circle lens reviews and because I’ve been working so much the past few weeks that I hadn’t really had a chance to doll out nicely and go out (since I don’t wear lenses to work – though maybe I should get some daily lenses to do this), but, of course, Mother’s Day was an excuse!
We were going out for dinner to a nice restaurant, so I thought that it would be a good opportunity to break out these pretty gray contacts that I recieved from Klenspop – these are the Ashley-S Gray from their range, a bold, cool toned lens. These lenses usually come with a free lens case and tweezers (unpictured, since this was a sponsored gift), but I’ll be showing just the product.
It’s been a while since my last circle lens review and I’m back with another one from Klenspop! These I had actually recieved when I came back from Japan but, with how tired I’ve been and trying to catch up with everything that I’ve missed, it had actually been a long time since I wore lenses. After trying these out though, I’ve been wearing them constantly. I love how bright and bold they are, as well as pretty comfortable in the eyes. I generally wear them for the entire day and I have no issues with dry eyes or discomfort.
I found these while I was looking through the website for a bright, brown or honey coloured eye contact that I could wear daily. While these did turn out brighter than I thought they would – and so I’m a little uncomfortable about wearing them to work – they’re so pretty that I just pop them in when ever I go to work. I have also tried out some other lenses from Kirei before and I loved it, hence when I was happy to go back for another variation of their lenses.
It’s time for another pair of lenses and this one sort of looks crazy – I’ve never worn pink lenses before (though I recently realised that I have an unopened bottle of some at home) so I wasn’t sure of what to expect with these ones. I knew that they would be quite bright but I thought that they would blend into my natural eye colour a bit. What I did get though were these bright, pretty lenses with some strong enlargement that makes me feel a bit like an anime character.
Read on for more details! These are the Kirei Pink lenses that were sent to me by Klenspop for review – regular lenses (not hydrogel like the previous pair) that are perfect for parties, dress ups or when you want a special look. I wear their lenses almost exclusively – they’re comfortable and pretty for a great price.
Those who have been following my blog for a while know that I have a pretty long term collaboration relationship with Klenspop, a Korean online contact lens store that I absolutely love and wear day-to-day. I’ve always been satisfied or even super impressed by the quality of their products, the affordability and their range so I’m happy to be able to bring you guys new photos, new reviews and new lenses. To kick off lenses in 2017, I’ll be showing you a set that they send me at the end of the last year (and I hadn’t been able to photograph yet until now).
This is the Lizzy Blue lenses by SIO Color, which are silicone hydrogel lenses – they are meant to be more comfortable, allow more oxygen to your eyes (which isn’t directly linked to water content, apparently), and allow for longer, extended wear. Read on for my thoughts on the design, wearability and comfort of these!
It’s another Klenspop review! I love doing these so much because I always really love the lenses that they send me and I have such a fun time pairing it up with different make up looks. For today, I’ll be reviewing the Bunny Y10 Violet, which is a pretty black rimmed, purple lens that I matched with a very light, shimmery make up look.
These are the first purple lenses that I’ve used so I was pretty interested to see how they would look. Overall, I think that these are really comfortable and a good quality – just like everything else I’ve tried from them. Read on for the review! I’ll be a bit brief of my packaging, as this is the smaller PR box, but you can check out all of my other reviews for more photos – these lenses usually come with a free lens case and tweezers too!
