3CE Stylenanda Kbeauty Review Layer Covering Stick Foundation Pink Ivory

It’s been a while since I tried something new from 3CE but they’re one of my favourite kbeauty cosmetic brands (I’ve tried skincare from them too but, personally, I would stick to their makeup). They have been releasing a lot of colour based collections lately – most likely because their Mood Recipe line was so popular – and I’ve been loving the development of their packaging too.

When I was searching up some of their new products on StyleKorean, I saw that there was a new collection – the Easy Touch-Up Base Make-Up Edition, which is centred around easy-to-use formulas that work together to create a flawless base in the simplest ways. All of the packaging uses nude and blush shades and the range consists of foundation, concealer and two cheek palettes (contour and highlight).

Once again, this 3CE review will be split into two but, first off, I’ll be reviewing the Layer Covering Stick Foundation. As per the name, this is a stick foundation with a solid, balm type formula and a buffer brush on the other end. I personally really like this type of product, mostly because it’s so easy and quick to use, but there are many that don’t suit my skin type. In fact, even some raved about, top-selling stick foundations have not worked for me but instead, I found that kbeauty formulas work a lot better.

This is currently selling on StyleKorean for USD$17.60 (50% off from the full price of USD$35.20) so definitely jump on quick if you want to pick this up. Before that though, let’s get right into this review!

Review: Juicy Lasting and Velvet Tint (Rom&nd)

Rom&nd Romand Zero Velvet Tint Zero Juicy Lasting Tint Kbeauty Review Anne of Green Gables Collection

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

With well over 200 lip products in my collection, you’d think that I’d be sick and tired right? Nope. When ever I see new lip products – whether it’s a liquid lipstick, lipgloss or a bullet lipstick – I feel like a literal pouncing kitten. Before my obsession with eye palettes, lips were my big weakness and it kind of still is.

At the moment, I have loving both matte and glossy formulas but mostly in a feathered out, ‘wearable’ look so a lot of kbeauty tints have been great for this! When I was checking out Rom&nd, I found out that they actually have two different tints in their Anne of Green Gables Collection – there is the Juicy Lasting Tint and the Velvet Tint. Since I’m terrible at making decisions, I naturally wanted to try them both out so I picked out two shades from each that I knew I would love. I wanted to give more attention to the finish and formula of the tint, rather than whether or not I liked the colour.

The Zero Velvet Tint (Anne of Green Gables Edition) and the Juicy Lasting Tint (Anne of Green Gables Edition) are both available on the StyleKorean website for USD$13 each – or you can also find it in the original packaging for USD$14.30 too, so don’t worry too much if you miss out on this collection.

Before you jump onto their website though, let’s get into this review!

Review: Zero Cushion (Rom&nd)

Rom&nd Romand Zero Cushion Kbeauty Review Anne of Green Gables Collection

Are you an anime fan? For me, I grew up watching things like Ranma 1/2, Cardcaptors and Sailor Moon – but I have never actually watched Anne of Green Gables. I love the nostalgia and aesthetic of old school anime though so this collection from Rom&nd had quickly caught my eye on Instagram. Of course, it also helped that their promotional photos are also bloody beautiful. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a few things to try out and this is actually my first experience with the Rom&nd brand too!

I will be splitting my review of their products into two posts.

First off is the Zero Cushion, which is available on the StyleKorean website in both the Anne of Green Gables Collection (discounted to USD$22.50) or in the Original packaging (currently full price at USD$27.50). If you’re keen to get your hands on this cushion – especially if you want the Anne of Green Gables case – then jump onto the StyleKorean website as I’m pretty sure it will be gone soon.

Before that though, have a read of my review on this cushion to determine if it’s the right product for you. I personally think that this is a bit of a polarising formula and, depending on your personal preferences, you will either love or or hate it.

Let’s get into it!

Review: Pro Eye Palette – Simply Pink (CLIO)

CLIO Pro Eye Palette Simply Pink Kbeauty Review

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

I feel like some really pretty eyeshadow palettes have been coming out of the kbeauty industry lately and that makes me so excited. Palettes are my weakness but I generally don’t use many Korean formulas because I find that many brands just aren’t pigmented or adventurous enough for my personal preferences. The recent trends are definitely leaning towards more colour and self expression though, perhaps even inspired by some of the Western beauty trends too – and I love it.

Maybe a month or so ago, I found a range of eyeshadow palettes that really caught my attention – the new Pro Eye Palette from CLIO. It seems to be a kbeauty dupe of the Huda Beauty Nude Palette, but actually comes in three colour stories – Simply Pink (which is the one I’ll be reviewing), Coral Talk and Brown Choux. CLIO is a brand famous for creating high coverage and long lasting make up products that are both artist quality and road shop priced. I’ve been a fan of their brand since I got my first liquid eyeliner from them and still use their stuff all the time.

After waiting a while for this to show up on my favourite kbeauty sites (previously, I had only seen it on the official Korean instagram), I found out that all three were being stocked at StyleKorean. I had a hard time choosing but I ended up getting the Simply Pink palette to test out, since this colour scheme seemed to fit my personal style best.

It is currently selling on StyleKorean for USD$35.20 so pop onto their website if you want to grab one (or three). But before you do that, let’s get into this review!

Review: MediAnswer Set (About Me)

StyleKorean Review About Me Medianswer Collagen Lift Up Band and Firming Up Mask

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

Last week I wrote a review on a Ground Plan product that had been sent to me by StyleKorean prior to its release. This week, I’ll be reviewing a set from the About Me brand – a beauty brand from the Korean conglomerate Samyang group that claims to draw knowledge of the vast number of sectors that the company has worked in. This set not on the website yet but the individual masks from this set are available. This MediAnswer Set contains the Collagen Firming up Mask and the Collagen Lift Up Band, both anti-aging products that claim to work absolute miracles.

Being fairly young and having enough baby fat on my face to be confused for a silly teenager, most anti-aging products don’t show up result on my skin. At the very most, they would be useful as a preventative method. For this reason, I also enlisted the help of my mum to test these out (especially the Collagen Lift Up Band). The Firming Up Mask I used on myself only so I will give my thoughts based off of my own skin.

Although I don’t know the price for this set yet, the individual masks are available and – to be honest – the price is a bit expensive but still relatively affordable in comparison to Western high end brands. The Collagen Firming Up Mask (in a box set of 4) sells for USD$28.12, whilst the Collagen Lift Up Band (also in a set of 4) sells for USD$34.65 – they are both available on the StyleKorean website now along with a wide range of other products from the About Me brand.

Before I let you hop off onto their website though, let’s get into this review!

Review: 24 Hour Secret Mist Plus (Ground Plan)

StyleKorean Review Ground Plan 24 Hour Secret Mist Plus

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

When it comes to toners, some people prefer super hydrating formulas and others need oil control. In the end, a lot of that comes down to your skin condition and type so – even for me – I switch a lot between products. The one thing that reminds the same though is that I love a mist toner! I would honestly finish up so many bottles of these and then refill them because I don’t see why regular bottles exist anymore (a bit of an exaggeration but you know what I mean).

I’m known to be carrying around a mist most of the time and I even had a small collection on my desks at home and work – so it’s clear that this is one of my favourite application methods for most things. I just find that it is so quick and simple, with no need to fuss with cotton pads and possible spillage. For someone who is usually running short on time, anything to simplify my skincare routine is preferred.

StyleKorean recently contacted me about testing out a new product that they are yet to officially stock – just because they want more real opinions on the products before launching. I really respect this so I definitely jumped on board right away. This is the 24 Hour Secret Mist Plus from the brand Ground Plan. It is currently not on sale on the StyleKorean website yet but I will definitely be updating this post when it is. In the meantime, check out their website and let’s get on with this review!

Review: Kill Cover Stay Perfect Foundation (CLIO)

CLIO Kill Cover Stay Perfect Foundation Kbeauty Stylekorean Review

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

In my humble opinion, everyone is looking for the perfect foundation (unless you have perfect skin in which case, thanks – I am very jealous). I’ve personally been trying out a lot of different base cosmetics to try and find something that really works for me; my skin type has changed in recent years from very dry to combination-oily, which was a pretty big jump and can even vary depending on the seasons and weather. A lot of the foundation formulas that worked for me back in the days don’t anymore but, in general, I now prefer to use lightweight matte formulas.

The CLIO Kill Cover Cushion is one that I used back when I first started experimenting with cushions, but I haven’t tried out their foundation until now. This is the Kill Cover Stay Perfect Foundation, which is a liquid foundation that comes in a set with a “hydro makeup sponge”. It comes in four shades and I’ll be reviewing Lingerie (which is the equivalent of a shade 21 and my usual when it comes to their base cosmetics).

I received this from StyleKorean for reviewing purposes so, if you’re keen on getting this, it is available on their website for USD$36 – it is similarly priced in comparison to other CLIO products too, but liquid foundations will last much longer than cushions.

So, let’s get into it!

Review: Lip Motion (B By Banila)

B By Banila Co Lip Motion Lipstick Kbeauty Stylekorean Review

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

Admittedly, I am a total sucker for Banila Co. I use their oil cleansing balm almost religiously and have also liked most of the cosmetics that I’ve tried out as well. For me, my love for Banila Co started when they brought in Taeyeon as their model and – aside from just loving her in general – I loved how they did her make up and styling for all of the advertising campaigns. I felt like they were so much more trend-forward and lively than the previous Nature Republic advertisements (they started to look real weird in later years).

Since then, I’ve been really keen on the brand and keeping a close eye on their new releases. I find that Banila Co is a bit hard to buy online, since they are mostly just famous for their cleanser, so I practically jumped when I saw that B. By Banila was being stocked at StyleKorean! This is their new sister brand that specialises in cosmetics – so it’s right down my alley.

There are a handful of products from them that are available on the StyleKorean website but I decided to start my first foray into this sub-brand with their Lip Motion lipsticks! These are selling on the website for USD$18 and also come in two different finishes – and I tried out both, of course. I found that I lean towards the matte formula because thats what I’m used to wearing every day but the glossier version is also really pretty and versatile too.

So, let’s get into this review!

Review: Dailism Eye Palette – Rose Memory (Heimish)

Dailism Eye Palette (Rose Memory) StyleKorean Review

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

It’s no secret that I’m an absolute eyeshadow addict but most of my collection is actually Western. There are very few kbeauty eyeshadows that I personally love, mostly because I find their formulations too sheer and light for my style. However, there is one brand that I fell in love with early on in my make up journey – Heimish! You can actually check out my review for their original Dailism Eye Palette way back in 2016 when they were still a very new brand to StyleKorean (right here).

It’s been going on three years now and the Heimish brand has expanded a lot, but I think that I will always be going back to their eyeshadow palettes. I loved the original one so much and I ended up using it as a travel palette over and over again, but I was getting sort of bored of the colours. My own style and preferences have changed a lot since then, so I felt like it was time to revisit the brand again just to find another palette that really speaks to me.

Looking through the Heimish offerings over at StyleKorean, I realised that they have also since repackaged all of their Dailism Eye Palettes! The general case is the same but they now have different colours (to reflect the theme) and their box packaging is also much more beautiful. There are three different colour variants available (Coral Essay, Brick Brown and Rose Memory) and I ended up choosing to review Rose Memory, which has a more romantic and sultry pink theme. It is also a little bit cooler in undertone compared to the other two.

This palette is selling for USD$32 on StyleKorean, which is a minor mark up considering it was originally USD$29.90 back in 2016. With the upgraded packaging and the fact that Heimish is now a much more established brand though, I think that this is a fair price. Check them out on StyleKorean if you’re keen to buy but first – let’s get into this review!

Review: R U 16 Taste-Chu (16 Brand)

16 Brand R U 16 Taste Chu Lipstick StyleKorean Review

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

I love bullet lipsticks but, in this case, the packaging definitely won me over. I know! I’m always a sucker for things but like but, considering that this is a 16 Brand product, I was also pretty confident that the formula would be decent! I wasn’t wrong too, because after trying these out, I totally get why some people have been raving about them and I already want more shades.

This is the R U 16 Taste-Chu Lipstick from 16 Brand. They are essentially a blur-look matte finish lipstick that is candy themed. All of the shades are named after some sort of sweet and the lipstick shades (and scents) are good enough to eat. In fact, my mum thought that someone else me chocolate when these first arrived… hehe!

These products were sent to me for review by StyleKorean, who actually carry a really great range of 16 Brand stuff! The lipsticks come in four different shades (which I will discuss below) and I have two here to swatch and review – Brown Fudge and Cherry Almond.

If you’d like to pick these up, they’re currently on sale for USD$14.40 (down from USD$18) on the StyleKorean website but do grab them quickly! They were almost sold out when I looked last and they just restocked, so I think these go quick.

And now, let’s get into this!
