Review: Dolly Eye Ice Melon Pink (Uniqso)

Uniqso Circle Contact Lens Review Dolly Eye Ice Melon Pink

This product was provided to me by Uniqso for my honest review. Affiliate links are not used in this post.

It’s been a while since I did a circle lens post but, granted, I haven’t been wearing them much! Too much time is front of the computer still, but I’ve finally started to use eye drops so I’m hoping that that helps my dry eyes. Today though, I’m finally going to be writing about this pair that Uniqso sent me a couple of weeks ago. I have reviewed products from them twice in the past (which you can read here and here) and I have enjoyed their prompt customer service and emails in general. Their new website is also pretty easy to navigate.

That being said, I do find that their range of circle lenses tend to be more dramatic. They primarily target a cosplay audience, so the number of subtle, daily lenses that they have is a bit limited. In the past, I reviewed two of their more natural coloured ones (I love the Gray Sweety Charm ones) and so I chose something a bit more stand out today.

These are the Dolly Eye Ice Melon lenses in Pink. They don’t really have photos of them on the website, but I thought that I would try these out on a whim. This design of lenses also come in Blue, Brown, Green, Gray and Violet.

And so, let’s get on with this review!

Review: Sweety Colorful Rio Pink (Uniqso)

Uniqso Kbeauty Lens Review

I’ve been sitting back on the circle lens reviews lately – mostly because I’ve been working so much that I don’t have the chance to really wear them (since I’m always in front of the computer) but I did get in contact with Uniqso again and this month, I’m going to be featuring and reviewing this pair of super colourful lenses that caught my eye on their website.

Since I last reviewed their products, they have revamped their website – and I really like the new design. I think it’s a lot easier to navigate and, as always, searching for things on their page is really easy. There is also now a feature to auto-convert the prices to different currencies – including Australian! I love that but, for the sake of my readers and conversions, I’ll use USD here.

They also feature reviews on their own page so you can read genuine comments from other people. Aside from coloured lenses, they also sell cosplay costumes and wigs, as well as some cosmetics. Overall, Uniqso mostly sells costume products and so they have a lot of really interesting designs that are pretty hard to find on other sites.

Today, I’m going to be reviewing the Sweety Colorful Rio Pink – these are meant to be a pair of pink lenses but, and you can see this on the website too, they are more rainbow coloured. It has a pink and purple side rim, accented with some yellow and a green inner rim. It really is the first time that I’ve seen something so beautiful!

Review: Sweety Charm Crystal Grey (Uniqso)

It took me nearly two months to write this review and, honestly, I am sincerely so sorry to the team at Uniqso that it took me so long to photograph and put down into words how much I love these colour lenses that they sent around to me. For those who have been following me on Instagram, you will know that I was pretty sick recently and had to slow down on a lot of my content and even social media – it’s taken me a long time to feel better and, even now, there are some days that I wake up feeling exhausted. After two weeks of being in bed all the time, another week or two of recovery and getting used to being in the world again, my skin then chose that opportune time to have a major break out from this Hemish product and so it was a struggle to get anything done!

That being said, I want to give a special thank you not only to Uniqso who generously let me choose a pair of lenses to review, but also didn’t chase me up at all during this time and have been so patient with me. In the following review, I’ll give you guys a peek at this pair of pretty grey lenses that I’ve been sporting lately!

That being said, please excuse the horrible state of my skin in these photos. I was still recovered from my break out and, since I told myself to stop over retouching my photos, I tried not to do too much to them.

Ready? Lets go!
