Review: Daily Moisture Cream (Vegreen)

Vegreen Daily Moisture Cream Kbeauty Review

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’m pretty big on moisturising. However, I do have a confession to make – my skin hasn’t been in the best condition in the past couple of years! Whether it’s due to stress or age, I’ve become increasingly aware of my uneven skin tone and dehydration. Sometimes, it’s so severe that essences actually sting to use. I tried different things, but I think I’ve actually discovered my simple solution…

Moisturising. A lot of it.

It sounds ridiculous, but I’ve been obsessed with face creams and found that being more dedicated to my AM routine has really improved my complexion. One product that I found myself reaching for a lot is the 730 Daily Moisture Cream by Vegreen.

For those who are unfamiliar with them, Vegreen is an indie k-beauty skincare brand. Their products are vegan and they are all about using safe, renewable ingredients, as well as sustainable packaging. The brand currently carries four products: the Fragrance-Free Cica Serum, Fragrance-Free Nature Mucin Serum (a non-snail formula), Alcohol-Free Nature Mucin Toner and my top favourite 730 Daily Moisture Cream – which is available on the Vegreen website for USD$15.60 (currently on sale from USD$18.30).

Before you head over to the Vegreen website, read on for my detailed review!

Review: Magic Kitten & Ice Cream Masks from I Dew Care

I Dew Care Mini Scoops Masks Kbeauty Review

This product was sent to me for review purposes. Please note that affiliate links are used.

As someone who’s been deeply consumed in the beauty community for quite a few years now, I’ve seen a lot of brands make a big splash on socials. One of these is I Dew Care, Memebox’s in-house skincare brand thats been super well-known for their playful, fun packaging concepts and unique formulas. I’d actually had my eye on them for a long time but could only look from a distance as they weren’t available in Australia yet… but it seems that StyleKorean has once again answered my call!

Shipping almost worldwide, a wide range of I Dew Care products are now available on StyleKorean. They are a cruelty-free brand and, whilst I’m not sure if it’s their entire range, these that I’m trying are also vegan, gluten free and comes in FSC packaging – so they’re doing all the good things.

I got my hands on the Disco Kitten and Space Kitten masks, as well as their Mini Scoops pack (containing three mini masks). Head over to the StyleKorean website to check out the range but otherwise, let’s chat about what these are!

Review: Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum (AXIS-Y)

AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum K-beauty Skincare Review

This is a sponsored (paid) post. Please note that referral links or codes may be used.

Although this review is coming a little belatedly, I’ve actually used and loves the Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum for a long time – hence why I’m so excited to be writing this! This is one of AXIS-Y‘s best sellers for a reason. I’ve really enjoyed it as part of both my morning and evening skincare routines, seeing both immediate and longer term brightening results. It also performs very well underneath makeup, which is a definitely plus.

If you’re after something to target dark spots or uneven skin tone, I’d definitely recommend this little gem! The Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum is available at AXIS-Y for USD$22, or in some of their sets too.

Read on in this review to find out more about the product, formula and my personal experiences!

Review: Winter Checkered Special Pouch Kit (Etude House)

Etude House Winter Checkered Special Pouch Kit - StyleKorean K-Beauty Review

This product was sent to me for review purposes. Please note that affiliate links are used.

I love collecting limited edition releases, especially when it’s makeup! This is probably where the majority of my money goes – I’m just super weak for cute packaging and fun concepts. For Christmas, Etude House had released their Winter Checkered Special Pouch Kit. It features an exclusive eyeshadow quad, packaged with a velvet drawstring pouch and a pretty box. This is essentially a gift that doesn’t need wrapping at all!

Although this review is coming a little late (it is February after all), this is still available on StyleKorean for USD$21 – on sale from USD$30. I’m actually quite impressed with the formula so, if you’re looking for a super wearable eyeshadow quad, this is going to be a fun gift to yourself.

Now, let’s get into this review!

Review: Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen (AXIS-Y)

AXIS-Y Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen Kbeauty Review

This is a sponsored (paid) post. Please note that referral links or codes may be used.

If you want to take care of your skin, there’s one step that should never be skipped – sunscreen.

Until my early twenties, I only ever wore sunscreen if I was going to the beach – which is incredibly harmful considering that I live in Australia! I’ve learnt better since then though and I’ve actually experimented with all sorts of different formulas (starting out with physical, then chemical and combination types). The one I’ll be sharing with you today is a part of the former category.

Physical sunscreens (also known as mineral sunscreens) use Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide for SPF protection. They work by sitting on the skin’s surface to absorb, scatter and reflect UV rays. They are often a more suitable option for sensitive skin, though this will also depend on your individual skin type and the actual product.

The Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen by AXIS-Y is the new kid on my vanity – and it’s been getting solid use. You can pick it up at AXIS-Y for USD$23, but make sure to check out this review first!
