Review: Daily Moisture Cream (Vegreen)

Vegreen Daily Moisture Cream Kbeauty Review

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’m pretty big on moisturising. However, I do have a confession to make – my skin hasn’t been in the best condition in the past couple of years! Whether it’s due to stress or age, I’ve become increasingly aware of my uneven skin tone and dehydration. Sometimes, it’s so severe that essences actually sting to use. I tried different things, but I think I’ve actually discovered my simple solution…

Moisturising. A lot of it.

It sounds ridiculous, but I’ve been obsessed with face creams and found that being more dedicated to my AM routine has really improved my complexion. One product that I found myself reaching for a lot is the 730 Daily Moisture Cream by Vegreen.

For those who are unfamiliar with them, Vegreen is an indie k-beauty skincare brand. Their products are vegan and they are all about using safe, renewable ingredients, as well as sustainable packaging. The brand currently carries four products: the Fragrance-Free Cica Serum, Fragrance-Free Nature Mucin Serum (a non-snail formula), Alcohol-Free Nature Mucin Toner and my top favourite 730 Daily Moisture Cream – which is available on the Vegreen website for USD$15.60 (currently on sale from USD$18.30).

Before you head over to the Vegreen website, read on for my detailed review!

Review: Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream (AXIS-Y)

AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream Kbeauty Review

This is a sponsored (paid) post. Please note that referral links or codes may be used.

For those with combination skin or just skin that changes all year round, the AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream has got you covered! This was designed to allow you to customise your skincare routine day-by-day. I’ve been using it for the past three or four weeks and my skin has had it rough – my sleep cycle is pretty much non-existent, the weather in Australia is unpredictable and I’m definitely drinking too much boba! It’s been a real saviour and I love that it can cover me from day to night.

The Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream is currently available at AXIS-Y for just USD$27. Before you jump over though, let’s get into this review!

Review: Toun28

Toun28 Kbeauty Skincare Review Brand Spotlight - StyleKorean

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

For those who are passionate about sustainability (and vegan, cruelty-free skincare), then this kbeauty brand will be right up your alley! Toun28 is a relatively new brand, having launched back in 2016, and take a fully sustainable approach to their packaging. They even teamed up with StyleKorean for the Ugly Soap Project (a Green Week special) where they have made their ‘soap scraps’, or less than perfectly shaped ‘seconds’, available for just under a dollar – cutting down waste and saving you money.

Toun28 is now available at StyleKorean, and their prices are pretty good too. Today I’ll be reviewing their pH Balancing Toner, Lip Balm L2 (Unscented), Trouble Care for Sensitive Skin and Trouble Care for Dehydrated-Oily Skin. I had a bit of a mixed experience with these products, which I’ll discuss in depth, but I am still very impressed by Toun28 as a whole – and, of course, love their brand values.

Keen to try them out? Then let’s just right into this review!

Review: Cicapair Cream (Dr Jart+) vs Cica Cream (VT Cosmetics) Comparison

Kbeauty Skincare Comparison Review - Dr Jart+ Cicapair and VT Cosmetics Cica Cream

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

Centella Asiatica, also known as Cica or Tiger Grass, is one of my all time favourite skincare ingredients – it’s pretty much a god send for sensitized or acne prone skin as it helps to calm and heal at the same time. I’ve used a lot of products formulated with Cica but, to be honest, I can never have enough! For this review, I will be doing something a little bit different and actually comparing two very popular Cica creams – the VT Cosmetics Cica Cream (which I have previously reviewed here but will discuss again) and the Dr.Jart+ Cicapair Cream.

Both of these products are currently available on StyleKorean, with the VT Cosmetics Cica Cream at USD$14.30 (on sale from USD$28.60) and the Dr.Jart+ Cicapair Cream at USD$25 (on sale from USD$42). Aside from the different price points, I also think that both of these have very different formulas that would be better for contrasting skin types – I have my personal preferences, of course, but you need to decide what’s best for you too!

So, before you make any decision on what to get – let’s get right into this review!

Review: Cica Care Collection (VT Cosmetics)

VT Cosmetics Cica Skincare Line Kbeauty Review StyleKorean - Cica Skin, Cica Cream, Soothing Mask, Sleeping Mask

This product was sent to me by StyleKorean for review purposes. I was not paid for this post but please note that affiliate links are used on my blog. These go towards supporting Oh My Stellar and future content.

If you’re a fan of Centella Asiatica, then you’ll be very excited about the Cica Care Collection from VT Cosmetics! I was first introduced to the brand via their makeup but it didn’t exactly blow me away. I’ve been looking to give them a second chance though and I’m pleasantly surprised this time! This collection is all about Centella (also known as Cica) – it’s one of my favourite soothing skincare ingredients and I’m always working it into my routine.

The Cica Care Collection is actually quite extensive but I’ll be reviewing four products: the Cica Daily Soothing Mask, Cica Cream, Cica Skin and the VT Cica Sleeping Mask. All of these are available on the StyleKorean website but I would actually recommend checking out the main VT Cosmetics page instead – they are so many other products ranging from masks to sun care.

I’ve been using these products since December last year, so it’s been a decent amount of time now. Let’s get into this review!
