Review: Rosy Tint Lips (Etude House)

Etude House Rosy Tint Lips Review by Stella at Oh My Stellar K Beauty Kbeauty Blog

When I made my last massive purchase at RoseRoseShop (haul video to come soon) I couldn’t stop myself from picking up Rosy Tint Lips from Etude House’s &Rose Collection. I use quite a few different Etude House products, partly because I’m an absolute sucker for their pink princess paradise style packaging and that they’re very affordable, which makes it easy for me to try new things without the guilty smack to my wallet.

These lip tints looked so cute and I loved the creamy texture that was promised from the product photos. As I had trouble picking what colours I wanted (which happens all the time – Sophia realised that it’s reflected in the way that I shop. I can never choose between colours so I just grab everything and decide later on, which I think is a bit like sweeping the issue under the rug), I got three!

Blindfolded Make Up Challenge (feat Sophia)

No Mirror Makeup Challenge

I’m the type of person who doesn’t have as many friends as people sometimes think I do. In fact, I can somewhat consider myself an extroverted introvert. It takes me a long time to really be comfortable around someone and, oftentimes, I prefer to spend my weekends alone.

Last weekend though, as people saw from my #ootd post, I spent the weekend with my friend Sophia! We had taken some photos together, ate good food and did some online shopping (there is a massive make up haul coming your way) but we also spent a night filming something fun for my Youtube channel.

I’m personally a little appalled at the mess I look and came to the realisation that I sound (and look) very strange on video. However, the entire thing is so much fun that I can’t help but share it. Here it is everyone! I hope you enjoy.

Stay warm xx

Burnt Embers Winter OOTD

Winter Outfit by Stella from Oh My Stellar with ulzzang inspired make up

Last weekend, a close friend of mine stayed over so we could take some photos for our blogs. I’m absolutely hopeless in front of a camera and have a lot more confidence behind the lens, but I thought that I had to start somewhere. Rather than having so many nerves having a stranger photograph me, I thought that there was nothing better than having one of my closest friends capture me the way that she saw me!

It took a lot of tries to get the right photos but I’m quite proud of how natural some of these turned out (especially since I was feeling anything but). This is the dress that I bought for my graduation though – casual and classy – and this cardigan is worn so often that I wonder if I’ll ever find another! The beanie never used to match my hair but, funnily enough, does now.

Daily Korean Inspired Makeup

Daily Korean Inspired Makeup Cover Photo for Youtube Video by Stella from Oh My Stellar

Hi everyone! So it looks like I finally had the courage to film and post my first Youtube video – it’s kind of a long time coming. For my first one, I decided to go simple and show how I do my day-to-day make up. This look was solidified over the past year or so and is heavily influenced by the trends and styles that I saw while I was living in South Korea. It focuses on a clean, youthful style that is suitable for school, outings and work. I did darken the eye makeup slightly though, something which was more suitable now that I’m back in Sydney!

The video will be at the end of this post but, first, let me talk about my favourite products from this tutorial.
