Dear Santa: Christmas Wishlist (Althea)

Althea Angels Christmas Wishlist

This post is sponsored by Althea but all chosen products and opinions expressed are my own. Affiliate links are not used in this post.

So we are at a point where Christmas is really close now and I have yet to really put together a list of things I want – partly because I don’t receive Christmas presents anyway (I’m an adult apparently) and also because I generally buy myself things I want rather than waiting for others to spoil me.

That all being said, I was approached by Althea to put together a short list of 10 things that would be on my Christmas Wishlist and, especially since I have been a bit absent from the k-beauty scene lately, this wasn’t hard to put together at all! There have been a bunch of super exciting releases and holiday packs that I’d missed – and now that means I need to get them.

So, click on to check out everything on my Althea Christmas Wishlist and, if you want to check them out – definitely do so! They carry a great range and also have their own brand (from which I highly recommend their Petal Velvet Powder and Petal Velvet Sunaway)

Review: Artclass by Rodin Highlighter (Too Cool For School)

BB Cosmetics Review Kbeauty Beauty Asian Korean Cosmetics Skincare Too Cool For School Artclass by Rodin Highlighter

I have actually used the Too Cool For School Artclass by Rodin highlighter before but, since I was sent another by BB Cosmetic to review, I figured why not? Since there have been so many highlighting trends lately, I’ve been investing quite a bit of time into looking at contour/highlighting products, the different formulas and types, as well as how they work together.

If you would like to check out BB Cosmetic (or this product), remember to use my code for 9% off: QAL3F6ZA8YZ

This highlighter comes after the Artclass by Rodin shader which, from what I’ve read, is really popular, so I had quite high expectations for this. The packaging was absolutely beautiful with detailed design and typography, so I spent most of my time fawning over the box.

Unboxing: BB Cosmetic

BB Cosmetics Review Kbeauty Beauty Asian Korean Cosmetics Skincare

As a blogger, I feel like I am so lucky to be able to work with people who also love what I love – Asian beauty products and quality service. For this upcoming post, I have been sent a package from BB Cosmetic of some of their top selling products to review. While I will be leaving the real, in-depth information for the individual posts, this is going to be a review of my experience with BB Cosmetic in general (as well as showing you the goodies that I was sent).

I found BB Cosmetic through another blogger’s instagram posts and, after checking their website, was immediately drawn to the wide variety of brands that they carry. Of course, once again, they don’t have everything in every brand, but I find that they seem to carry a lot of trendier brands or even smaller brands that are not as easily accessible internationally (more expensive brands like VDL come to mind, as well as Laniege). When I emailed them, I spoke to Chloe who was very polite and helpful with great English skills too! After talking to her, I expressed my interest in products from 3CE, Too Cool For School and VDL – brands which I saw often in Korea but not so much now that I am back in Sydney.

I’m so excited because, after talking to them, Chloe said that they would be sending out these products for me to test!

So aside from these really exciting things that they’ve sent me, let’s talk about their website and services (the product reviews can come later).
